Banana bread oatmeal, garlic kale, and fruit & nut yogurt
Banana bread oatmeal: 1/3 cup of organic quick cooking oats, 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, cinnamon, all spice, 1 mashed banana
Garlic kale: garlic and kale sauteed with veggie broth
Fruit & nut yogurt: non fat greek yogurt, 1 apricot, 2 strawberries, some frozen blueberries, Coconut/nut trail mix, topped with chia seeds

banana and blueberry stuffed french toast :)
recipe: mix 1/4 cup egg whites, a dash of vanilla, and a dash of cinnamon. dip bread in, and then dip wet bread into a bowl of a crushed corn flake/flax seed mix. in between the pieces of bread spread mushed banana, add blueberries, and put the sandwich on a pan to cook
